The Connect system is an Internet-based application. Because of this you don't need to install any software on your computer apart from Java. There are two types of Java software available for Connect. They are: Oracle JInitiator and Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MSVM).
We recommend that Oracle JInitiator be used for improved performance! Just one type of Java needs to be installed, i.e. JInitiator or Virtual Machine. You will need to use Microsoft Java Virtual Machine if you are using Microsoft Proxy Server.
